Originally from Delhi, India, Raj earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Delhi University and a
Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management before immigrating to the United States at the age of 20.
Since then, he has built, operated, acquired, and sold multiple businesses while developing extensive
expertise in commercial real estate, development, capital formation, and business growth.

Throughout his career, Raj has participated in and facilitated real estate and business transactions
exceeding $150 million in aggregate value. He is actively involved in over $300 M in land acquisitions
